Mr. Samlin has a background in corporate law, with a focus on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions. Prior to Carbon Direct, Mr. Samlin was an Associate in the Business Transactions Group at Seward & Kissel LLP. Prior to Seward, Mr. Samlin was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mr. Samlin holds a JD from George Washington University Law School and a BS in finance and political science from The College of New Jersey.
